I recently used Mr. Garage Door's services to correct a bad install I received from a "big box" company and I could not be happier with the outcome.
Although I can't say the original install by another company was a disaster, it was anything but satisfactory. Without going into details let's just say almost nothing was installed to specification.
A friend had given me Mr. Garage Door's name after I told them of my experience and I am so glad I gave them a call. From just talking with Ryan on the phone, I was put at ease and could tell he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do.
In just 45 minutes, Ryan reinstalled the header attachment, repositioned the opener using heavy duty bracing, adjusted the spring tension on the door, adjusted the "J" hook length and made the necessary door travel adjustments.
Ryan was such a pleasure to work with and to say I am thrilled with the result would be an understatement. If I ever need help in the future with anything garage door related, I will be calling Ryan with Mr. Garage Door.
